DIVER POSITION
Your Opportunity:
Wrap It Up Pilings is seeking divers to perform underwater piling inspections and installation of piling protection. This is a part-time position, paid per piling completion.
Your Duties:
The diver will be responsible for providing underwater inspections of compromised wood pilings as well as cleaning, wrapping and reinforcing these damaged pilings. Working with team supervisor, the diver will act as part of the team to ensure that the components of piling protection have been installed properly.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
Diver certification is required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Wetsuit, Hood, Boots & Mask NOT provided.
Divers WILL be supplied with underwater Hookah System and/or Dive tanks.
Must be comfortable spending 4-5 hours in water within a day/shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, 5-10 times per day/shift
Construction or other underwater inspection experience preferred but not required
